Trial Design	Prospective, Randomised Controlled Trial
Study Aim	The aim of the study is to compare cardiac CT and EST based on the following objectives:
	Objective 1: To compare the use of cardiac CT to EST as a first line investigative tool for the assessment of patients with suspected coronary artery disease.
	Objective 2: The cost effectiveness of cardiac CT as a primary diagnostic strategy will be compared with the costs associated with the current standard of care. This study also intends to compare Health Related Qualtiy of Life, Resource Utilization and Cumulative Radiation Exposure.
